If thuhr time is 1:44, can we start our Jumaa khutba (Friday sermon) at 1:00pm and pray Jumaa Salah (the Friday congregational prayer) at 1:30pm? If the answer is yes, kindly let me know under what conditions and according to which scholar or school of jurisprudence.
