I have two daughters and I do not want to get them circumcised. What is the legal opinion concerning this? Thank you.

Praise be to Allah; Prayers and Peace of Allah be upon the Messenger, his household and his companions.

Circumcission is neither obligatory nor rejected; rather it is considered an honorable thing for females. Hence, it is good if you do it, but there is no restriction if you do not.
