Please explain the Islamic ruling on eating slaughtered meat here in America, whether beef, chicken or lamb. What is the ruling on eating this meat here in American restaurants? May Allah reward you well.

All praise is due to Allah and may peace and blessing be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family, companions and whoever follows his guidance. To proceed:

Based upon the information available to us from trustworthy employees in this field, we rule that it is lawful to eat chicken from public eating establishments, but we recommend pious caution in respect to beef and lamb, due to the percentage of them that die before the actual slaughtering, which may differ from one slaughterhouse to another.

And Allah Almighty is more Exalted and more Knowledgeable.
