Is it allowed in Islam to make a living will to "Do not resuscitate" if person gets afflicted with a cardio respiratory arrest?

All praise be to Allah, and may his peace and blessings be on the last and best prophet and messenger, Muhammad.

It is allowable to do that in case the person (patient) is in a vegetative condition. If the CPR will save one`s life, and that person is not in a vegetative condition then it is not allowable to request a (DNR).
