Question
I am Sunni Muslim. To what extent are we allowed to socialize with a Qadiani person (they believe Ahmed Qadiani was a prophet after the Prophet Mohammad (may Allah's peace and blessings be on him). The woman I am talking about has not declared her faith in public, but I know from an authentic source that the entire family is Qadiani.
Jazak Allah khair.
Answer
If you might have any influence or positive impact on these people and you socialize with them with the intention of calling them to Islam, then there would be nothing wrong with that. But, if you are afraid that they might corrupt your belief or make you doubt your religion, then, in that case, you must refrain from taking them as friends.
